Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor to lead our ticketing operations and commercial strategy in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial management, ticket sales, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all commercial operations and ticketing processes within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance ticket sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead a team of ticketing staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Prepare reports on ticket sales, revenue, and operational performance for management review.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote ticketing services effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in a commercial role with a focus on ticketing or event management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in ticketing software and CRM systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of the entertainment or travel industry is a plus.Education
