- Pricing Strategy & Analytics : Develop and implement expert-level pricing strategies, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize revenue and market competitiveness.
- Contract Negotiations : Lead and execute complex contract negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable business relationships.
- Market Positioning : Drive strategic market positioning initiatives to enhance the company's competitive advantage and brand presence within the industry.
- Revenue & Efficiency Growth : Accountable for driving significant revenue growth and improving operational efficiency across commercial functions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service (CS), Operations (Ops), and Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure seamless commercial operations and achieve overarching business goals.
- Industry Insight : Apply deep industry knowledge to anticipate market changes, identify new opportunities, and mitigate commercial risks.
- Strategic Planning : Contribute to the overall commercial strategic planning of the organization, aligning commercial activities with broader company objectives.
