Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy to drive business growth.

This includes managing internal teams, overseeing digital marketing channels, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop innovative digital marketing strategies to position and establish the digital brand.
• Work closely with leaders in Sales, Growth, and Product / Engineering to ensure our marketing strategy supports and accelerates elevator sales / online growth.
• Manage internal teams including product marketing, content, PR, media solutions as well as external agencies.
• Ensure the Brand Message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
• Drive sales armed with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, insights, and responsibilities.
• Prepare monthly calendar plans for digital content and implement the overall digital marketing strategy & budget.
• Manage strategy implementation and update concerned authorities on progress.
• Manage, train, and retain team members and motivate them to achieve desired targets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Measure ROI and KPIs of team members and appraise their performance
