We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling queries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell / cross-sell company products and services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and enhance the customer journey across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products / services.
- Maintain updated customer databases and CRM tools.
- Ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements
