Role Description
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction while contributing to overall business growth.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Utilize CRM data to segment customers and create targeted marketing campaigns and communications.
- Build and update customer profiles to better understand their preferences, behaviors, and needs.
- Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and social media, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, feedback forms, and other channels to identify areas for improvement.
- Track and report on CRM performance metrics, including customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus on CRM management.Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insightsExcellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.Familiarity with real estate market trends and customer behaviors.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach.Skills Required
