The Opportunity :
This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Hyderabad office. You will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our cutting-edge IT services and solutions.
What You'll Do :
Lead Generation & Qualification : Proactively identify and research new potential clients and market opportunities within the APAC and Dubai regions through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other strategic methods.
Pipeline Management : Manage and update a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities and maintaining detailed records of all activities in our CRM system.
Relationship Building : Initiate contact and build rapport with key decision-makers (IT Managers, CTOs, Business Leaders) to understand their IT challenges and position our services as the ideal solution.
Sales Collaboration : Work closely with the Field Sales and Technical teams to schedule meetings, demos, and hand off qualified opportunities for closure.
Market Insight : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in the APAC and Dubai markets.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience) :
Proven Experience : 4 years of experience in an Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation role, preferably within the IT Services / Technology industry.
Regional Focus : Demonstrated experience or strong interest in covering the APAC and Dubai markets.
Exceptional Communication : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
Hunter Mentality : A results-oriented attitude with a strong drive to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
