Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Tender & Bidding Management : Identify relevant tenders, prepare proposals, and coordinate the bidding process to secure projects. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure client requirements are met. Experience : Minimum (3) years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry.
