Job description? Identify and connect with key decision-makers (CHROs, procurement heads, MSP ? Build and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve defined revenue targets. ? Conduct client presentations and meetings across major Indian cities (travel ? Prepare compelling presentation decks and proposals tailored to client needs. ? Represent eAorts and present performance data clearly to internal leadership and ? Use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, ? Leverage AI tools and automation to improve outreach, reporting, and sales ? Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful execution

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager from
the staAing industry to lead our client acquisition eAorts across India. This role is ideal for
someone who understands the nuances of contract and permanent staAing, RPO, SOW,
and MSP-based hiring, and is passionate about building long-term partnerships.
This is a revenue-driven position, requiring strategic thinking, proactive outreach, and
impactful client engagement.
