Job descriptionLead the design and end-to-end implementation of performant, reliable, and secure network automation systems. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software solutions using languages such as Python, Java, or Golang. Ensure best practices in system reliability, scalability, and performance. Apply strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP stack) and Linux diagnostic tools for system-level troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Drive continuous improvements across the software development lifecycle and site reliability processes. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably with a networking focus. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise development stacks / frameworks. Experience building and maintaining network automation systems. Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, Golang, etc.). Expertise with Linux environments and troubleshooting tools. Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP / IP. Opportunity to lead and innovate in a critical technology function. Strict Eligibility Criteria – Please Read Before Applying
This role is with a leading global High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm (client name cannot be disclosed).
- Candidates must be from Tier-1 institutes only (IITs, NITs, BITS, MIT).
- For candidates with less than 1 year of experience, a minimum 9.0 CGPA is mandatory.
- Only the following branches are eligible : Computer Science, Mathematics & Computing, and Information Technology.
