Job descriptionService Management : Maintain application uptime / performance, manage system enhancements and defects, oversee daily operational activities, and ensure continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL best practicesTechnical Skills : Modify existing code (Python, react, graphql, rest API), understand microservices architecture and REST web services.Must have exposure to AWS services (Ec2, IAM,s3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, VPC,ECS, EKS, EFS, lambda, SNS, SQS, event bridge )Automation and Optimization : Familiarity with automation tools like GITHub Action, EKS,Teraform and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and experience integrating automation into the development lifecycle.Must have production / Application support experience with the ITIL framework predominantly Service mgmt, Incident mgmt, Change mgmt, Problem mgmt & CAPAs.Additional Skills : Strong ITSM experience with knowledge on INC, PRB, CHG & CAPA Management, understanding of code quality, troubleshooting platform / infrastructure issues, SQL database knowledge, and experience with tools like Service-now, JIRACommunication and Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, ability to manage vendors and business stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes.Candidate should have L2 level of DevOps / SRE support expertise, hands-on experience in issue resolution, fixing user-access issues, report related fixes.General understanding on DevOps life-cycle, SRE Principles and best practices, good in communication skills & stakeholder management.Vendor Management
