In this vital role, you will provide operational support and customer service for Amgen's global corporate card program . This role is critical to maintaining Amgen's internal financial controls and ensuring staff can focus on patient support by swiftly resolving card-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Process corporate card applications , including account updates, suspensions, and closures.
- Respond to user queries related to card accounts and transactions via ServiceNow .
- Liaise with card providers (e.g., AMEX, Citi) to resolve account issues.
- Assist with merchant dispute resolution and credit balance refund processes.
- Monitor card accounts for delinquencies and coordinate user communication.
- Participate in quarterly accounting accruals and data reconciliation .

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in financial operations (e.g., Travel & Expense Administration , FP&A , Procurement , etc.).Exposure to corporate card programs (AMEX, Citi, Bank of America) or the financial services industry is preferred.Functional Skills

Familiarity with international corporate card programs and provider platforms .Strong customer service orientation .High attention to detail and accuracy in processes .Ability to identify and suggest process improvements .Good-to-Have Skills
Experience working in a multinational enterprise and with global teams .Knowledge of SAP Concur and ServiceNow .Understanding of Expense Management policies and processes.Soft Skills
