Job Overview :

We’re looking for a Brand Manager (Client Servicing Manager) who brings expertise in digital branding and social media management to the table. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth delivery of brand and content-led digital campaigns. This role requires someone with prior agency experience, a flair for storytelling and content, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver client delight. A working knowledge of performance marketing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and ensuring satisfaction.

Understand brand objectives and craft effective digital strategies for branding and social media.

Plan and execute campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, video, performance) to deliver impactful campaigns.

Track key metrics, analyze performance, and refine strategies based on feedback and trends.

Prepare monthly reviews and manage timelines, briefs, and client expectations efficiently.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in client servicing / account management in a digital marketing or branding agency.

Strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, and social media trends.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to ideate with creative teams and contribute to content and campaign ideas.

Basic understanding of performance marketing and paid media platforms like Meta and Google Ads.

Strong project and time management skills with a proactive attitude.

Proficiency in G Suite; familiarity with social media scheduling / analytics tools is a plus.
