Job description

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for driving New business of assigned vertical
  • Ensuring the profitability and improving the profitability by identifying opportunities, increasing the business volumes
  • and keeping the cost under control.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance in everything we do while promoting business.
  • Target & goal setting for SMs in achieving the agreed business target.
  • Counseling them at regular intervals to identify deviation and ensure path correction. Mentor them to ensure that they
  • are effective in their assigned roles and are groomed for future responsibilities in due course.
  • Driving Conversion ratios & R&R program for team.
  • To organize effective product launches, sales campaigns and training to ensure that required awareness, knowledge
  • and skill is imparted to all members of sales team.
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements, monitoring quality of business, audit and compliance of sales and backend
  • process.

MAJOR CHALLENGES

  • Analytics capability needed to support PSF is still evolving in the organization
  • Shortage of skilled talent in the insurance sales space and their optimum availability inside the organization

  • Internal coordination across functions for resolution of unique customer cases
