Duck Creek Claims Developer

Job Summary :

As a Duck Creek Claims Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining applications within the Duck Creek Claims Suite. The ideal candidate will have experience in Duck Creek Author, Manuscripts, Transact, Express, and Claims configuration, along with a deep understanding of property & casualty (P&C) insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and implement solutions using Duck Creek Claims Suite.
• Customize claims workflows, pages, and rules using Duck Creek Author and Manuscripts.
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Optimize performance and scalability of the Claims application.
• Integrate Duck Creek with other systems using web services (SOAP / REST).
• Provide post-production support and enhancements.
