Assistant Manager- Business Finance

Job descriptionProvide financial guidance and support to management for business decision-making Develop and monitor AOP (Annual Operating Plan) to align with business unit objectives Manage internal stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth financial operations Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial procedures
Key Deliverables :
- Collaborate with business units to build financial plans and OKRs, and adjust financials as required
- Regularly review plans vs. actuals to monitor business performance
- Conduct month-end closing reviews, including identifying and correcting discrepancies
- Handle ad hoc requests, offering timely problem-solving and support
- Lead automation projects to streamline processes for enhanced efficiency
