Role Description

As a junior operations specialist at Poles Media Labs, you will have the opportunity to utilize your English proficiency (written and spoken), MS Excel skills, e-commerce knowledge, team management abilities, time management expertise, and email management skills to contribute to our dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Support the day-to-day operations of the company by coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

2. Manage and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and documentation accurately.

3. Assist in managing e-commerce platforms and ensuring timely updates and maintenance.

4. Supervise and coordinate with team members to achieve operational goals and targets.

5. Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.

6. Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly, maintaining clear and concise communication.

7. Provide support in analyzing data and generating reports using MS-Excel to assist in decision-making processes.

8.1-2 years of experience preferred.
