Job descriptionGenerate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach. Understand client requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions (contract, Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing models. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales in staffing / resource Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing models, and client Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite

Requirements
Requirements : Should have 5 to 8 years of experience into Core & Advance Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, JPA Knowledge of UML, design patterns, hibernate, SQL Server would be good. Hands on Experience on Web services with REST is a must and SOAP is nice to have. Good Command and hands on experience working on tool set like Eclipse IDE, SQL clients. Experience using Application server like Tomcat, JBoss, Wildfly. Experience with distributed computing is a plus. Familiarity with AWS is a plus. Knowledge on JIRA and AGILE Scrum process would be an advantage . Pro-active in problem resolutions with good coordination skills is desirable.
