Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to expand SKFs long-term services portfolio for existing and new customers .Work with (Segment and Distribution) organizations to conceptualize, customize, and roll out value propositions.Build a strong long-term relationship with key customers and act as a consultant to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals.Design and promote value-added services tailored to the unique needs combining products / solutions across all SKF platforms.Use the SKF services portfolio to optimize customer experience and satisfaction.Work closely with the front-line team to develop an opportunity funnel.Skill Set
