Head Manufacturing Engineering ( For Alloy Wheels manufacturing Co.)

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Manufacturing Engineering for an alloy wheels manufacturing company . The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader responsible for all aspects of process design, equipment development, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in increasing productivity through the introduction of new technologies and the implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process & Equipment Management : Lead process design & development , and manage equipment sourcing and development . You will be responsible for process planning & improvement , as well as capacity planning & line balancing .
• Technology & Innovation : Drive the introduction of new technology to increase productivity and lead equipment improvement projects. You will also be a key leader in the Implementation of Industry 4.0 within the manufacturing facility.
• Engineering Leadership : Oversee all manufacturing engineering activities, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. You will provide strategic direction for the engineering team.
