Role Summary :
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Operations Executive to support the CEO and ensure execution across teams. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a Microsoft CSP or partner setup and understands transactional operations, CRM, licensing flow, Excel-based reporting, and day-to-day coordination with sales and presales teams.
Key Responsibilities :
CRM & Sales Operations
Maintain CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) – ensure all leads, opportunities, renewals, and deal stages are updated accurately
Run weekly hygiene checks on data, and follow up with teams for corrections and updates
Support licensing order workflow – quotes, renewals, add-ons, invoicing coordination
Coordination & Execution Support
Track CEO’s key tasks and follow-ups with respective owners
Support day-to-day coordination between sales, presales, and operations
Act as the single point of contact for CEO for follow-through on operational items
Reporting & Review Rhythm
Prepare weekly sales reports, licensing summaries, and renewal trackers
Consolidate data from CRM and Excel for sales reviews and business reporting
Highlight key misses, delayed actions, or critical bottlenecks proactively
Internal Process Discipline
Help build structured workflows for renewals, quote processing, and reporting
Keep sales operations rhythm aligned with targets and timelines
Assist in planning sales meetings, MOM tracking, and ensuring closure on key points
Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of Excel – data cleaning, pivot, VLOOKUP, reporting
Experience using a CRM system (Dynamics preferred)
Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models (M365, Azure, etc.) is a big plus
Strong follow-up discipline and ownership of execution
Clear and polite communicator – especially with senior leaders
Mature personality – can ask tough questions without being confrontational
Preferred Background :
Worked in a Microsoft CSP, LSP, or ISV environment
Handled operations or inside sales in a tech / software company
Exposure to license lifecycle and quote-to-order processes
