Job Description : Senior Manager- OKR Management and Organizational Design-
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused professional to lead OKR Management and Organization Effectiveness for a rapidly scaling tech-led organization. The role demands strong alignment with CXOs, the ability to drive cultural transformation, and expertise in building high-performance systems.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
OKR Governance & Execution
- Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the OKR framework across all business units.
- Partner with CXOs, business and functional heads to cascade organizational goals into team & individual OKRs .
- Own the OKR calendar —annual & quarterly planning, periodic reviews, check-ins, retrospectives, and reporting.
- Drive adoption and cultural change toward outcome-focused execution , including program roadmap creation and execution oversight.
Performance, Capability & Change Management
Partner with HRBPs, Leadership & L&D teams to integrate OKRs into performance, talent reviews, and progression discussions .Serve as the OKR Champion —run awareness sessions, build capability, and create toolkits / templates for organization-wide adoption.Build dashboards to monitor progress, identify risks, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.Organization Design & Effectiveness
Collaborate with leadership to review and optimize organizational structures for efficiency, scalability, and agility.Support leadership during org change initiatives —function realignment, new business vertical setup, etc.Conduct periodic org diagnostics (span of control, layers, structure health, role clarity) to recommend restructuring.Work with business and HR teams to define role charters, capability frameworks, and job levelling structures .Who We’re Looking For (Requirements)
🔹 Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of OKR methodology , performance systems, and organizational effectiveness.Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially when working with CXO-level leaders.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or similar tools .Ability to think strategically while delivering with precision and detail.Exposure to change management, competency frameworks, or HR analytics is preferred.Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.🔹 Qualification & Experience
Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related fields .8–12 years of experience in HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Performance Management, or similar roles.Prior experience implementing OKRs or large-scale organizational transformation projects is highly desirable.
