Bimaplan is looking for a professional to join the team as our EIR. We are working towards building and expanding key geographies and business verticals in the next couple of years. To make this possible we are looking for an EIR who will be responsible for key strategic initiatives / opportunities that will help us in the growth. An amazing career opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions of underserved Market Research - Comprehensive research and analysis along with creating internal reports on new geographies, verticals, and opportunities.
2. Lead Generation - Working with the CEO and Business Heads to scan databases, create pipelines, and generate leads.
3. Presentation & Pitch - Supporting the CEO in preparing presentations for external clients, investors, and internal reviews.
4. Sales Reviews - Managing data for sales reviews and business plans; assisting the CEO with ongoing status updates on new account onboarding, team targets, etc.
5. Strategic Support - Shadowing the CEO and supporting in various strategic tasks to unlock bandwidth. Over time, the role is expected to transition into managing a business P&L or vertical within ~2 years. This will serve as a real crash course in running an early- stage startup, with the opportunity to work closely with the CEO , a senior, experienced international banker.
6. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building - Identifying, evaluating, and nurturing partnerships with banks, fintech's, distribution partners, and ecosystem players.
7. Fundraising & Investor Relations Support - Assisting in preparing investor materials, financial models, pitch narratives, and ensuring readiness of key business metrics for board and fundraising updates.
8. Product & Market Fit Exploration - Conducting customer / partner discovery to validate new ideas, assisting in go-to-market strategies, and competitive positioning.
9. Operational Excellence & Process Design - Creating dashboards, KPIs, and frameworks to track progress across sales, operations, and partner success.
10. Special Projects ("0- 1" Initiatives) - Taking ownership of high-priority, cross-functional projects where speed and adaptability are critical.
11. People & Culture Exposure - Shadowing the CEO in hiring, team design, and culture- building initiatives to gain a holistic view of startup Minimum 4 years of consulting experience across sales, strategy, product, user growth, customer experience etc.
