Job descriptionTrain, mentor, and lead field teams to success. Ensure 100% field force deployment and alignment with marketing. Support internal talent growth and performance management. Meet KPIs : doctor calls, MCR, KOL coverage, YPM, etc. Implement marketing strategies effectively. Monitor competitors and provide insights for tactical adjustments.
