Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Leader - CA for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru office. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, provide guidance to team members, and ensure adherence to quality standards. The role involves managing financial accounts, performing audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting clients with financial strategies, and fostering an environment of collaboration. This position requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, and excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation
• Expert Skills in Zoho - Preferred
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Planning, and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Team Leadership, Project Management, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• CA certification required; additional financial certifications are an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools; knowledge of ERP systems is an asset
• Experience in the professional services or financial advisory industry is highly preferred
