Description
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading outbound teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of sales processes and metrics. The Outbound Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of outbound sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives
- Set sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to achieve those targets
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
