Job Description & Position Requirements :

As the Global Service Desk, you will lead the India GSD Team. You will guide your support team in providing exemplary technical support to our internal clients. You will be responsible for training, supporting, and leading your team.

What will you do

• Lead a team that Provides technical support for internal users, remotely and in-person.
• Manage ticketing system and respond to user requests.
• Manage SLA and KPIs for the support activities, driving for continuous improvement
• Monitor critical systems and follow company procedures to ensure system availability.
• Fully manage the Onboarding / offboarding process for new employees according to company protocols.
• Enforce Service Desk procedures and recommend changes for continuous improvement.
• Research and assess new technologies.
• Keep Order and track of IT equipment for APAC Employees.
• Create and maintain documentation for all IT systems and operations.
• Report to GSD Manager.
