Accordion's Data & Analytics (D&A) practice in India delivers cutting-edge, intelligent solutions to a global clientele, leveraging a blend of domain knowledge, sophisticated technology tools, and deep analytics capabilities to tackle complex business challenges.

We partner with Private Equity clients and their Portfolio Companies across diverse sectors, including Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Logistics.

Role Overview :

This role will primarily focus on reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies and supporting a wide range of legal matters. The successful candidate will work closely with senior legal counsel and other departments to help safeguard the company's legal interests and maintain the required compliance standards.

What You will do :

➢ Contract Review & Drafting :

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts, including but not limited to supplier agreements, vendor contracts, client agreements, service agreements and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable laws.
• Assist in the development of standard contract templates and processes.
• Work closely with business teams and advice on day-to-day issues and concerns with client agreements.

Ideally, you have :

➢ LLB or equivalent degree.

➢ 5-8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house experience

➢ Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

➢ Problem solving skills and detail-oriented

➢ Good communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.

➢ Understanding of contract laws and commercial agreements.
