Job description

Net2Source is seeking an experienced and driven Global Sales Head to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global inside sales team. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for scaling our sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.

Location : Bengaluru, India (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Lead : Establish, grow, and mentor a global inside sales team from scratch, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Drive Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire and retain clients in Staffing, RPO, MSP, VMS, and EOR services.
  • Market Expansion : Drive business development efforts across North America, LATAM, and EMEA markets, leveraging deep market insights and strong client relationships.
  • Hands-On Leadership : Be a hands-on resource, willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team in achieving targets and overcoming challenges.
  • Sales Automation & CRM : Utilize sales and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) to streamline processes, track performance, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Revenue & KPI Ownership : Own sales metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to drive predictable revenue growth.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall industry experience, with at least 5+ years in selling Staffing, RPO, MSP, VMS, or EOR services.
  • 5+ years of experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams from scratch.
  • Proven track record in successfully selling services across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
  • Strong expertise in sales and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot).
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward success.
  • A hands-on approach, willing to take initiative and execute tactical sales activities when needed.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and business development strategies.
