Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Research and analyze global market trends, customer demands, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Handle marketing inquiries, client communication, quotations, and proposals.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings (domestic and international as needed).
- Coordinate with the documentation team for shipping, customs, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage social media, website updates, and online marketing campaigns for brand promotion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain marketing reports, sales data, and follow-up reports.
- Support payment follow-ups and maintain customer databases.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Key Skills Required :
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).Strong understanding of international trade practices and documentation.Market research and analytical skills.Familiarity with digital marketing tools (preferred).Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.Ability to travel as and when required (domestic / international).Good organizational and coordination skills.Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor s degree in Marketing / International Business / Commerce / MBA (preferred).1 4 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Import-Export / Manufacturing / International Trade companies.Knowledge of export documentation (Shipping Bill, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.) is an advantage.IIFL ( Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) certificate / experience will be an added advantage.Key Skills :
