Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Leadership : Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Axis Bank to drive business growth and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Operations & Performance : Oversee daily sales operations, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Training & Development : Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management to improve their performance.
• Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing the sales process and addressing any issues promptly.
