Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling : Proactively contact potential customers from provided leads to introduce and sell banking loan products.
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable loan solutions.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Lead Management : Follow up on sales leads, manage a pipeline of potential clients, and accurately record all interactions in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of all loan products, interest rates, and application processes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Application Assistance : Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly.
- Compliance : Adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements to the sales manager.
