Job Summary :
We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executives in our Sales Voice Process . The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills in Telugu or Malayalam , a strong sales orientation, and a passion for customer interaction. This role demands an individual who can engage effectively with prospects, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and meet targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Initiate contact with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls to generate leads for sales conversion.
Deliver scripted and personalized pitches, highlighting the benefits and features of products / services, ensuring customer interest.
Build rapport with prospects through effective communication and maintain ongoing relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in CRM software.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Address customer inquiries and concerns with timely and accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on product offerings, services, and sales strategies to provide relevant solutions to prospects.
Work with the sales team to strategize and share best practices for achieving team and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
1 to 6 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Previous experience in a voice-based process or call center environment is highly preferred.
Telugu / Malayalam Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing the respective language.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and engagement initiatives. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collaboration and Coordination : Liaise with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and design, to coordinate marketing activities and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
