Designation : Senior Management - Account Management

Job Location : Richmond Road, Bengaluru

Years of experience : 4-7 years in account management / client servicing within mainline or integrated advertising agencies. ( Please note that we are not considering candidates from other industries .)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Account Management (ATL) to lead key client relationships and drive strategic, integrated campaigns at Dentsu Creative. The role demands a strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and client relationship management within the mainline advertising ecosystem.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Lead day-to-day client interactions and act as the strategic liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Develop, plan, and execute ATL campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and timely delivery.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable creative briefs.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Media teams to deliver integrated brand solutions.
  • Present ideas, campaign strategies, and creative concepts to clients effectively.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall campaign profitability.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to ensure quality output and strong client servicing standards.

Professional Skills :

  • 4–7 years of experience in client servicing / account management within a mainline advertising agency.
  • Proven expertise in handling ATL campaigns across television, print, OOH, and integrated platforms.
  • Strong understanding of brand communication, creative strategy, and marketing fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple clients / projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about advertising, creative storytelling, and building impactful brand narratives.
