Role : Sr. Manager – Business Development

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Sr. Manager – Business Development to spearhead sales efforts, acquire new clients, and expand existing accounts. You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients in IT, BFSI, and Professional Services.
• Map and engage decision-makers (CHROs, HR Heads, TA Leaders).
• Deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
