Job descriptionInvoice Processing Po and Non-PO Payment processing and Banking Vendor query Resolution Employee expense Processing Statement Reconciliation Vendor Clearing Other monthly reporting Good written and verbal communication Hands on working knowledge of SAP Minimum 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups / maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment) Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills Sound analytical & interpersonal skills Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes Strong customer orientation Problem solving skills Cash Application and allocation Understanding on Credit Management Credit Insurance and follow-up Forecasting of cash flows Order approvals Other Monthly Reporting Good written and verbal communication Min 1 years of experience.
