REQUIRED SKILL SET FOR 3A :

Senior Process Executives / Process Specialists :

  • This role requires ability to perform Qualitative and Quantitative Research and good Analytical skills to interpret and make sense of data / information in hand
  • Understand client query and their requirements
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis and drive Process Improvements.
  • REQUIRED SKILL SET :

    Process Specialist - Loans

  • Understanding of basic loan terms, including interest rates, repayment schedules, collateral, syndicate agreements, and loan structuring.
  • Capable of analyzing Company Filings and Interpreting the right information to update.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster teamwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing changes to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
  • Proactively flagging risks and bringing them to management's attention, along with potential mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing processes, new systems, and tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to teams on process and new tools.
  • Strong hold on SLA and Performance management.
  • Additional Skillsets for Loans - Loan syndication, Syndicated credit, Loan participation, Joint Loan, Syndicated Lending, Participation loan, Syndicated financing, multi-lender loan, Syndicated Bank lending, Leveraged loan.

    Process Specialist - Forex :

  • This role requires ability to manage the end-to-end product and the team.
  • Understanding of clients expectations and driving team to achieve the common goals.
  • Ensure the smooth run of the operations without any deviations on the agreed SLA targets.
  • Review performance of own product against agreed SLAs & KPIs, and ensure KPIs are reliable, transparent, and up to date for all task types.
  • Participate in performance review meetings / conference with the clients and higher management.
  • Oversee the products scope of service delivery, change and process improvement management including digitization efforts, migrations management, implementations of new teams / tasks.
  • Monitor, coach, and train subordinates on implementation of goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Should have extensive knowledge on data analysis.
  • Should be able to prepare scorecard of the team and have knowledge on the rating system.
  • Should be able to understand workflows and client applications to manage the work allocation.
  • To be able to come up with solutions to manage the work efficiently.
  • To be able to work on the presentations and to actively present the data during the client calls and higher management meetings.
  • Monitor the teams schedule adherence.
  • Excellent comprehension and articulation skills.
  • Ensure that the Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports are delivered.
  • First point of contact on subject matter questions.
  • Conducting One on One meetings with the team members.
  • Performance Review discussion.
  • Additional Skillsets for Forex - Treasury Operations, International Banking, trade Finance, treasury bills, Investment Banking settlements, Risk management Background from ETD (Indexing, Settlement, Confirmations).

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :

  • Gain understanding of core processes to better comprehend / identify potential process efficiencies
  • Work as part of a team, ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreement) is met and maintained, and escalating issues to Managers.
  • Weekly connect with the client to discuss on the overall performance.
  • Ability to document the procedures, develop training plans and other business process relevant documentation
  • Should be able to provide training to the new joiners
  • Should act as a QC analyst when needed
  • Contribute to overall team progress via huddles / ideas / initiatives / training and development.
  • Plan and organizes own work and keeps the Managers informed of status and activities
  • Ensure that the Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports are delivered.
  • First point of contact on subject matter questions.
  • Conducting One on One meeting with the team members.
  • Performance Review discussion.
  • Provides training / guidance to new members in the Team and assist the Managers in executing the Development Plans of the new members; may perform some tasks when required.
  • To qualify for the role, you must have :

  • Bachelor-s Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) and demonstrated, proven experience in Financial Services Operations or similar role.
  • Ideal candidate should have up to 2-4 years of experience Investment Management Operations.
