Our client is a national provider of recruitment, labour hire and managed labour services.

They provide innovative, cost-effective and complete employment solutions at a local, state and national level across all industry sectors.

As a result of internal promotion, an opportunity exists to manage an opening of a new branch. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced, highly driven consultants to deliver a range of temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to a large, diverse client base.

• Driving the strategic direction of the team and achieving financial objectives as set in the business plan
• Developing team members through coaching, mentoring, on the job learning, training, performance management and development activities
• Always looking for new business opportunities, networking and cross marketing – working with the Branch Manager to attain this opportunity
• At least 3-4 years demonstrated recruitment experience and management of recruitment consultants
• A natural ability to build and maintain business relationships
• A proven track record of business to business sales success
• Thrive on a fast paced environment and ability to prioritise work effectively
• A highly motivated can do attitude with an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong administration skills
• Inspire confidence and deliver successful outcomes
• Natural flair for developing key strategic relationships
• Tenacious, exuberant, open-minded, fair and driven
• Tenacious, inspiring, highly organised and motivated, customer-centric with a desire to be part of the future of HR and Recruitment Industry Globally
• Most importantly, must want to have fun and enjoy a laugh!
