ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales Processes to join our high performing Stock Management. This role has the flexibility to operate out of any one of our Australia wide branches. Enjoy the security of this permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and the flexibility to work remotely with a phone & laptop provided.

In this role your key responsibilities would include :

  • Proactively manage stock nationally including encumbered and long-term vehicles, ensuring VMT and other major stakeholders are communicated with regularly and complex issues relating to stock are resolved
  • Manage sales processes procedures for relevant product line including pre-sale and post-sale meetings
  • Reallocate unsold / old stock to other sale events
  • Run regular reports for assets released for sale
  • Provide leadership through exceptional organisation skills, setting clear direction, role clarity and performance expectations
  • Conduct regular coaching / feedback sessions with all employees to build capability and facilitate higher performance
  • ABOUT YOU

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience :

  • High level understanding of all relevant Pickles Group procedures, the Pickles Auction Systems (PAS), the auction process and associated legal requirements
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT based systems at a proficient level
  • Previous experience managing a small remote team
  • Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments
  • Customer focused with strong ability to build strong relationships
  • Decisive & skilled problem solver with clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong leader and delegator
