About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and strategic professional to lead the Tendering Department for the Encardio Rite Group at a global level. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the complete tendering lifecycle—right from opportunity identification to bid submission—ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, compliance, and timely delivery.
The role requires strong technical understanding, commercial acumen, cross-functional coordination, and experience in managing high-value tenders across domestic and international markets. Candidates with a background in engineering or project-based industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end tendering operations globally for the Encardio Rite Group.
- Identify tender opportunities (government, PSU, private, international) through portals, networks, and industry intelligence.
- Analyze tender documents including specifications, BOQs, contractual terms, and eligibility requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Purchase, Finance, and Legal teams to gather necessary inputs.
- Prepare accurate cost estimations, pricing sheets, and techno-commercial proposals.
- Ensure tender submissions are compliant with all technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
- Lead negotiations, clarifications, and pre-bid meetings with clients and consultants.
- Develop standardized tendering processes, templates, and documentation frameworks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, competitor pricing trends, and industry benchmarks.
- Manage tender trackers, win-loss analysis, and CRM-based opportunity management.
- Build and mentor a high-performing tendering team to meet departmental objectives.
