About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Vertical Head (Real Estate) to lead our sales efforts in the Lucknow market. The ideal candidate should come with a strong media background (print and digital) and possess extensive experience in real estate client management, brand partnerships, and revenue generation . A strategic mindset, deep market understanding, and strong client relationship skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership : Lead and motivate the branch vertical sales team to achieve AOP and revenue targets.
- Revenue Growth : Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the real estate vertical.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities; conceptualize and execute on-ground client activations, expos, and brand experiences.
- Client Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with key real estate clients, developers, agencies, and partners to ensure long-term association and repeat business.
- Negotiation & Closure : Manage annual deals and key account negotiations to maximize revenue potential.
- Market Intelligence : Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen business positioning.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Educational Qualification :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience :
10–15 years of relevant experience in media sales (print & digital) with exposure to the real estate segment .
