We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow FSM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow Field Service Management modules. Experience in the telecommunications domain is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow FSM module.
- Customize FSM workflows, dispatch rules, work order management, and mobile configurations.
- Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM) and third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSM configurations and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, especially in FSM.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years focused on Field Service Management.Strong understanding of FSM components : work orders, assignments, dispatching, skills management, and mobile app.Proficiency in JavaScript, REST / SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or FSM certification is a plus.(ref : hirist.tech)
