Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and scale the SMB product cross-sell sales team.
- Manage, coach, and scale a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives.
- Drive sales performance through activity, pipeline management, and forecasts to ensure quota attainment.
- Lead the hiring, training, and ramp-up of new team members.
