The Role

Motorq is seeking a seasoned Director of Product Management to lead and grow our Bengaluru-based product team. This leadership role will oversee the development of complex analytical and API-driven products, with a strong emphasis on streaming data and scalable platform capabilities.

You will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of product managers, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment across engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep B2B product experience, a passion for data products, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product managers, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration.
• Define and drive product strategy for analytical and API-based products, with a focus on streaming data and real-time intelligence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet customer and business needs.
• Establish and refine product development processes, including roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure product alignment across geographies and functions.
• Represent the product organization in executive discussions, customer engagements, and strategic planning.
• Champion a data-driven culture and promote continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
