Requirements

We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and management of the RSA Archer platform to support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Archer along with a solid understanding of risk management, business continuity, and compliance frameworks .

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and ongoing support of RSA Archer Control Assurance and IT Risk Management use cases.

Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to define and manage internal control testing, IT risk assessments, and issue management.

Configure Archer applications, data-driven events, notifications, and workflows tailored to cyber risk and internal controls.

Develop dashboards and reports to deliver real-time insights on ITGC testing, risk posture, and compliance status.

Design and execute data feeds, API / web service integrations , and custom scripts to automate control and risk processes.

Perform risk assessments, control self-assessments, and cybersecurity assessments using Archer’s capabilities.

Maintain and align compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, etc.) within Archer with proper control mapping.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities using Archer’s workflow engine.

Collaborate with internal audit, IT, and security teams to drive issue remediation and risk mitigation.

Provide user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and training for Archer platform users.

Support system upgrades and module deployments ensuring minimal impact to ongoing operations.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in RSA Archer Platform , specifically Control Assurance and IT Risk Management use cases.

Deep understanding of ITGCs, internal controls, cybersecurity risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in Archer advanced workflow , data-driven content, access control, and calculated fields.

Experience integrating Archer with security, compliance, or ERP systems.

Ability to design dashboards, reports, and metrics for operational and executive visibility.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the RSA Archer platform.

Requirements

Hands-on RSA Archer eGRC development and administration experience. Strong understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) concepts. Knowledge of User Access Roles and Groups, Applications and Field Types, Reports, and Dashboards. Ability to build complex calculated fields to implement business rules. Experience with questionnaire-based assessments and application builder reports. Familiarity with SQL (MSSQL / Oracle / DB2) and data integration concepts. Experience in custom scripting or automation to improve productivity.
