Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM) with a minimum GPA of 8.7 / 10 (or equivalent). 2–4 years in front-office finance (IB, hedge fund, asset management) Top 5% performer - academically in your graduating class and / or professionally among peers. Strong math and stats background Deep investment fluency; elite analytical, modeling, and communication abilities. Precision, ownership, and comfort operating with senior stakeholders. CFA, FRM, MBA, or coding skills (Python / R) are strong pluses.

What You’ll Do
- Work directly with portfolio managers, risk managers, analysts, and CIO's from the world's top hedge funds and asset managers
- Analyze portfolios to uncover alpha, beta, and idiosyncratic drivers.
- Design and validate analytics that solve real institutional workflows.
- Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that shape product and investment decisions.
