Role Summary

Lead the development and execution of a digital-first marketing strategy to enhance visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role requires strong media expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape across B2B and B2C contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive digital strategies across owned, paid, and earned media
• Lead end-to-end digital campaigns, ensuring timely execution and performance optimization
• Oversee media planning, buying, and campaign optimization across multiple platforms
• Guide content strategy for social, CRM, and performance campaigns
• Build and manage influencer and advocacy programs with relevant industry partners
• Lead a digital marketing team, managing agencies and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

8+ years in digital marketing, preferably in consumer goods or beauty sectors, with expertise in digital platforms, analytics, CRM, and performance-led campaigns.
