Job Description

A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (5-7 PQE) for its General Corporate team in Mumbai . This role is ideal for candidates with strong transactional experience who can independently manage deal execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute M&A, private equity, and general corporate transactions from start to finish.
• Independently conduct due diligence and identify key risk areas.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents , including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and investment agreements.
• Work closely with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
• Provide strategic legal advice on structuring transactions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
