A leading law firm is looking to hire an Associate (2-4 PQE) for its General Corporate team in Mumbai . The ideal candidate should have hands-on transactional experience and the ability to execute deals independently.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in M&A, private equity, and general corporate transactions , with a focus on execution.
Independently conduct due diligence and prepare due diligence reports.
Draft and review transaction documents , including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and investment agreements.
Work closely with clients, senior lawyers, and internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
Provide legal support on transaction structuring and compliance.

Key Requirements :

2-4 years of post-qualification experience in a top-tier law firm or reputed corporate law practice.

Strong transactional experience , beyond just advisory work.

Ability to conduct due diligence independently and assist in negotiations.

Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.

Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
