Job Title : Intern – HR Intern
Reporting to : Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition
Location : Mumbai -Goregaon
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conducting mapping and execution for various companies in the packaging industry.
- Responsible for driving the end-to-end executive talent acquisition process in India. This role demands good communication skills, and a deep understanding of executive search methodologies.
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and securing talent to drive business success.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and online platforms.
- Preparing recruitment MIS / Dashboards.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, medicals, background verification, reference checks, and competency evaluations, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cultural fit.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Required Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills (Preferred / Essential)
Qualifications :
Graduate in any Discipline with PG / MBA in HR would be preferred
Experience (Essential) :
0-1 yrs experience in Talent Acquisition with executive search firm
Knowledge :
Knowledge of different executive search methodologies – Essential
Soft Skills (Preferred / Essential) :
Good Communication & interpersonal Skills – Essential
