Key Responsibilities :
- Training Delivery : Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for employees to enhance communication skills.
- Assessment & Feedback : Evaluate participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvement plans.
- Content Development : Prepare and update training materials, modules, and exercises to align with business requirements.
- Collaboration : Work closely with team leads and managers to identify training needs and address gaps.
- Monitoring & Reporting : Track training effectiveness and maintain records of sessions conducted.
Preferred Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Prior experience in an international BPO environment.Immediate joiners preferred.Skills Required
